HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

  • Once your order is ready, we share a picture of your complete order on WhatsApp (on your shipping detail number) from our store’s official number 9820332859 for confirmation.

  • Since we deal in many different items, this step helps maintain full transparency, giving you a chance to recheck your order before it’s shipped.

  • After your package is picked up by our logistics partner, you’ll also receive tracking details via WhatsApp and/or the email address provided at checkout.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

  • Orders are usually prepared within 10 working days during high workload periods, but may be ready earlier during lighter weeks.

  • Delivery usually takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location and the courier service you select.

  • For faster service, we recommend choosing Blue Dart.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AN ORDER?

  • All confirmed orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after final preparation, depending on product availability.


WHAT IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

  • Please refuse delivery if the package appears visibly damaged.

  • Notify us immediately through WhatsApp or call at 9820332859.

  • We will either resend your order or issue a full refund, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or defect claims.


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
